Frontend Form Management


If you need more or less access, talk to your Joomla administrator.

  • Some roles may be able to create forms but not publish them.
  • Managers can view all forms but edit only some.
  • Staff can manage only their own forms and submissions.

Your access is controlled by Joomla ACL (permissions). Common patterns include:

The exact capabilities depend on how your admin has configured EasyForms permissions.

  • Publish or unpublish forms if you have that permission.
  • Click an existing form’s Edit button to adjust fields and settings.
  • Use the New Form or Create button to start a new form.
