Subscription Statuses

StatusDescription
PendingAwaiting first payment
TrialIn trial period, will convert to Active
ActiveBilling on schedule
On HoldPayment failed; dunning retry in progress
SuspendedManually suspended; will not bill
Pending CancelWill cancel at the end of the current period
CancelledNo longer billing
ExpiredReached scheduled end date

Bulk Actions

When subscriptions are selected:

  • Activate sets selected rows to Active
  • Hold sets selected rows to On Hold
  • Cancel opens a confirmation that cancels every selected subscription

Click a subscription to open the detail screen.

Header Actions

The action set depends on current status:

Cancel offers two options: Cancel Immediately ends the subscription now, Cancel at Period End lets the current period finish and then transitions to Cancelled.

Recovery and Win-back

The Recovery dashboard is opened from the Recovery and Win-back toolbar action. It surfaces dunning campaigns, recently churned customers, and reactivation candidates.
